Our factory trained technicians will arrive on-site to address service calls within an average 2 hour response time. In addition we will guarantee a 98% uptime out of your production equipment with a $500 credit if that unit is down more than 3.1 hours each month over the course of the year.5 Year Repair or Replace Warranty
- UBT will repair or exchange your copier during a full 5 years of active service within your office as long as the copier has been continuously covered by a UBT full service contract.
2 Hour Average On-Site Response Time
- UBT averages 2 hour response time from the time the service call is placed until a technician arrives at your office. UBT will provide a credit of $500 if a maximum response time of 4 hours is missed.
98% Uptime Guarantee
- UBT guarantees 98% equipment uptime. Specifically, if your copier is inoperative for more than 2% of regular business hours over the course of one year, UBT will provide a $500 credit.
